2 Minutes to Close Your Anxiety
You're not solving your worry, you're rehearsing it. Your brain thinks replaying anxious thoughts is productive, but it's just burning fuel. This exercise gives worry a time and a place, then closes the door. Set a timer for 2 minutes. Write every anxious thought unfiltered. When the timer goes off, close the notebook. That's the rep. You're training your brain that worry doesn't get to bleed into your whole day.
