Professional development for every educator you represent.
Your members already get discounts, legal coverage and an EAP through the district. What none of that does is develop the person doing the job. Forte is professional development for educators, priced across a whole membership instead of per attendee, so one agreement reaches every teacher you represent.
★ The platform
Mental Fitness training for the educators you represent.
Forte trains clarity, resilience, and purpose the same way a gym trains the body: short daily reps and a weekly call with a trained Coach. Members start with a Mental Fitness Scan, then build strength through training and a standing weekly Session, and it shows up in how they handle a hard week in the classroom.
Assess
Members take the Mental Fitness Scan to reveal patterns, blind spots, and where energy is leaking.
Train
Short, focused daily exercises built for the ten minutes an educator actually has, not the hour they do not.
Coach
A standing weekly call with a trained Coach, matched to the member and kept over time. Not a chatbot, not a hotline, not a different stranger each month.
Apply
The work shows up in the conversation they were avoiding, the class period that undoes them, and how they walk back in on Monday.
Repeat. Strength is built through consistency: training compounds when members return to it week after week. Members typically report feeling a meaningful difference in 2 to 4 weeks.
What educators say.
Our teachers finally have somewhere to bring the weight of the job. It shows up in how they lead their classrooms.

★ How we're different
Three things your members can already reach for. And the one thing none of them do.
Federal law defines real professional development as “sustained (not stand-alone, 1-day, or short term workshops), intensive, collaborative, job-embedded.” By that test, a daily practice with a coach who knows your member's name qualifies. A one-day workshop does not.
Thirty days, then a coupon.
A trial period and a percentage off is a purchasing perk, not a program. Nobody is still using it in March, and nobody can tell you whether they are.
One talk, one day, one room.
A single outside speaker can cost what a full year of Forte costs for an entire staff. Memorable in the morning, gone by the drive home.
Built for after it breaks.
Where districts provide one, roughly 1 to 2% of eligible people use it in a year. It exists for a crisis. It was never meant to build anything.
Sustained, job-embedded, all year.
Proactive daily training plus a weekly Coach, for every member on your roster. Built before burnout, not after it.
It sits alongside what your members already carry, not in place of any of it. Working conditions are won through advocacy, and nothing here is a substitute for that work.
★ Why it's a fit
One agreement. Every educator you represent.
Daily training for a person's inner life: clarity, resilience, and purpose, delivered through short exercises and a weekly call with a trained Forte Coach. It is not therapy. It is not an EAP. It is not a wellness app. It is the development layer that decides whether every other investment you make in a member reaches a classroom.
One agreement covers your whole roster, so there is no scenario where a member wants this and cannot have it. Pricing is set against membership, not per seat and not per booking, and it can be structured the way your members already recognize: a no-cost benefit for everyone, with a deeper coaching tier they can add themselves. District PD budgets rise and fall with federal appropriations. Dues do not.
- State and local teachers unions
- Member benefits and professional learning staff
- Leadership that wants to differentiate on more than discounts
Rough guide, not a gate: this works from a few thousand members up to a statewide roster, and the economics get better as the number grows. Usually not a fit: a single building, or an organization with no way to reach its own members directly.
★ What partners get
Once you're a Forte union partner.
Here's what's waiting on the other side of a first meeting.
Co-branded materials
Member-facing enrollment materials and a one-pager carrying your name, submitted to you for approval before anything is used.
Someone in the room
A staff member recommending a vendor is putting their own name on it in front of a board. Forte joins the call when you present this, so you are never carrying a category you have not bought before on your own.
Launch support for locals
Collateral your locals and building reps can actually use, and a rollout plan that does not land on your staff. Four weeks from signed agreement to full rollout is typical.
Pricing built on membership
Terms worked out against your roster size before you bring this to your board, so the number you present is the number.
★ Questions we get
Frequently asked.
Does this count toward recertification credit?
No, and we will not tell you otherwise. In most states, continuing education credit can only be awarded by an approved provider: a state agency, a regional service agency, a district, or an approved college or university. Forte is not one of those, and neither is your union.
If credit-bearing hours matter to your members, say so on the first call. We would rather build toward an approved-provider partnership with you than sell you a claim we cannot back. And if a vendor tells you they can hand out credit directly, ask them which rule lets them.
Does this replace an EAP?
No. Forte is proactive daily training, not crisis support or therapy. It sits alongside an EAP, not in place of one, and it is not a reason to stop bargaining or advocating for one. Where a member is in crisis, our Coaches are trained to route them to real clinical care.
Is this a wellness program that lets districts off the hook on working conditions?
No, and we would rather say so plainly than get caught pretending. Workload, planning time, class size, pay and safety are structural, and they are won through advocacy and at the table where there is one. In states with no bargaining there is no table at all, which is exactly why what a union can deliver directly to its members matters more there, not less.
What Forte does is put development in a member's hands today, on your terms, without waiting on a district's permission or a legislature's calendar. Those two things are not in competition.
What does my member's principal see?
Nothing. Coaching sessions are confidential, and nothing about an individual member's Scan results or session content goes to a district, a building leader, or to you. If a member believes their principal or their union can read this, they will not use it, and we need them to use it.
Do you use our dues, our list, or our name to market this?
Only how you tell us to. You approve every piece of material that carries your name before it is used. If you want us nowhere near your member list, we will run enrollment through a co-branded page you control instead.
Does this require clinical licensing or oversight from us?
No. Forte's Coaches are trained and supervised on our side, including ICF-certified coaches, counselors, health and well-being coaches, and social workers. Most hold graduate-level degrees. You credential no one and manage no one in the mental health field.
